Purchased vouchers from a telephone call centre.
I did not receive the coupons until after the 10 day period.
When they finally arrived it was different deals compared to the deal described via the telephone.
I rang up to complain and they said that the 10 day cooling off period had already been reached, I said "it was because I did not receive the mail package until after the date". They were not helpful and were not interested in helping me, or providing a refund.
When I went to try to find a hotel, we found that they were more expensive then the other online companies. I rang to talk to them they just brushed me off and were rude.
Recently we thought we would try to find a hotel and somehow recoop our costs from using Hotel Bargains, and now we are unable to establish any contact at all.
Not impressed with Hotel Bargains.
