Direct Property Manangement, presented themselves as a Property Management company that help people that had been evicted or had broken rental leases due to the recession and the the downturn of the job market obtain decent housing at Morgan West Oaks Apartments, 2400 Briarwest Blvd, Houston Texas 77077. They held the lease agreement was to pay $739.50 to Direct Property Management and they would pay the monthly payment to Morgan West Oaks Apartment that they held in company name for my apartment 111. This is 50 months lease that began March 23. Direct Property Managment paid April and May — they did not pay June and July per aparment manager (s) Lynette Flores and Kelly Jackson as a result I have been evicted. I have support documents / court documents to support my claim.

I was told today that they walked away from 15 leases they held here at Morgan West Oaks. Please somebody help me get my money back so that I can find another place to stay.

Direct Property Management claim that their program was to help people like myself whom credit history and rental history was compromised my the recession 2008 - 2011 when has they dis prey of the misfortunate. I had filed a claim w / PayPal when they intiated the payment. I spoke with DIRECT PROPERTY MANAGMENT via email they said they would take care of this matter if, I drop the claim — I did so and as of today's date 07/24 all I have is a court ordered eviction notice.
