I received my trial order and was very pleased, however on 7/10 I called the support phone number and requested that my next order be sent to a temporary address. When I did not receive the product after 2 weeks I called the support desk again on 7/24 and was told that the order had been sent to the original address even though they had the temp. Address. I was then told that they would research this and I could call back in 24 hours. Of course this is not acceptable and I expect them to send a new shipment to the correct address immediately. This was from their employee, John #377 (Since this was being charged to my c/c I will have to wait to verify the charge.) The package is probably sitting outside on the porch at my old address and it is the company's problem not mine. I am very concerned if this is the way the company does business plus I am not happy with the lack of knowledge nor the way the "front line" makes decisions regarding the customer. No matter how good the product is... It is all about a happy customer and repeat customers!
