Working with the STP will be about 2 months and so far everything was going well.

In the past 14 days I made a deposit in the amount of € 5000 so far is pending.

And it is from this day I start to notice the lack of professionalism when opening a ticket that did not get absolutely no response, tried calling but nobody answers the phone and live support is always offline.

I do not understand how in the XXI century there are still companies with this level of failure.

Honestly I start questioning the quality of this institution!
