I noticed a charge on my statement for $9.00 to PartsBikeMall.com. Consdering I don't have a bike, I knew I didn't order anything. I called my bank, and the lady looked up the name and found hundreds of complaints against this company for making small charges to peoples debit cards, yet they never ordered anything. The bank closed my card, and told me to keep any eye on my account. After numerous phone calls to the company a woman finally answered. She asked for the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of my card. She comes back and says I ordered a bike saddle, but since it had not been shipped she would refund my money. I was livid with this women who told me she didn't know how this was happening and the prompltly hung up on me. These people need to be stopped. My bank said they would not go after them because it would cost them more than the $9.00 to even start the paperwork.
