This company fraudulently charged my bank-issued debit card in the amount of 9.50. After repeated calls, I finally reached "Alan" employee # 4175 who asked for the last 4 digits of my card number and the amount and date of the transaction. From that info he looked up the transaction, and claimed I ordered a bike lock. The order "had not yet shipped" so the transaction could be canceled and the amount refunded to my account. After hanging up with a confirmation number, I called my bank whose representative stated they have had a lot of complaints against this company - mostly for very small amounts and no one had received a credit (from the merchant) for their transactions. Ends up I had to cancel my bank card and now wait for 5 business days to receive a replacement. I can't stand thieving scumbags!
