I signed up for a program and submitted the $99. After reading on line what was involved, I decided I was not interested. Then I wrote an email asking to have my application cancelled. I never did receive any verification of my cancellation, and in my recent credit card statement, I was billed the $99. I called Jetshelp.com to discuss the matter and got no help from them.
