I originally paid my $5.00 fee for one month (I joined this dating website and it was useless, there were no matches in my area and the closest one was 5 hours by car) and cancelled my subscription with in the required time frame (7days) before it was due and they stole money out of my credit card, when I have lodged a complaint via email they told me that I haven't cancelled it and too bad for me they have taken $234.00 dollars out and won't refund my money.
