This HA is based in the UK Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Has a very high turnover of staff. If an employment agency approaches you to work for them if you do not want to be out of pocket refuse. They have no SP funding. You will spend 2 weeks shadowing in your car driving all over kent. Their clients are have high support needs. No CRB checks are done on their clients. Some of the clients may have just been released from prison after spending time for murder. It will take months for your tavel claim to be paid to you. If you have a very large car forget it. You could spend around £700 in petrol. They do not think that you could have spent over a year looking for a job and when you do find one you may have to borrow money to work. You will definately make a loss. You are promised a laptop, printer and office mobile but you will never get one. If you do not switch on your own personal phone they sack you. All this stress for £8 per hour. You are not allowed to have a break. This job is for a support worker working from home. There maybe possible indirect racism. They are so desparate for staff they will take on anyone. Their checks go back more than 5 yrs. They do not trust staffs. They find it very hard handover clients to new staff. They want you to break the law by driving and answering your mobile phone to them because there are constant checks on staff roughly every 30 mins. So you will end up losing your driving licence after a couple of weeks by getting points on your licence if caught. If your clients are using or drug dealers you are expected to collude withh them so you may end up in prison if the property is being watch by the police. Other jobs only 2 yrs and you need to use your brain. Your brain will cease up with this job. Be warned!!!
