D.S.I. Ripoff unqualified greedy and dangerous to clients and the community

I worked for DSI for over a year before i was taken off. I worked at a state hospital for mentally and physically challenged people for 2 and a half years before that. I went to DSI because the state hospital i worked at is closing. I worked at several houses there and the care there shocked me. They have workers giving different medications to clients, they even get insulin shots ready for them. The only training they have to do this is a 2 hour long Core A and B class. None of the employees are drug tested and they only have a cpr and first aid card.

Some of the clients have serious health concerns and they are at the mercy of these people. Staff there have taken clients home with them and even been reported for there drug use. When i and others would report these incidents, it was turned around on us like we were trying to start trouble. They are so desperate for help they will under staff houses or have employees work 16 hour shifts. Some of the clients they have been getting have attacked staff and even torn up these houses they rent, they have even been reported to the police for going into other peoples yards because they are so out of control and the staff cannot handle the situation.

They need to be closed... Or at least drug test and get qualified help. They took me off when i complained and then tried to say i quit on my day off. They even sent me resignation papers in the mail that i didn't sign. I did manage to prove my case and get my unemployment.
