Dead beat dead owes alot of backpay

This person owes alot of childsupport backpay, got divorce in 1982. And he owes $ 23,000.00, The attorney general has help some we went to court so many times, telling him he was going to jail if he did not pay what he owes. So as you can tell he listen very hard, and did not pay like he was suppose to.

Now after 22 years, we have grandchildren and he still has to pay me, so when he works they take it out of his check, but when he gets tired of money being taken out he swishes jobs and doesn't let the att. General know. But they find him and start again, this last time they took him to court in San Antiono, to suspend his liscense, he drive big trucks he is a truck driver.

We were married for 6 years, and a daughter who is 26 and a son who is 24. I have never know that he ever had any more kids, but he is a truck driver go state to state. I guess the little I do recieved is better then nothing I was never on welfare are medicaid I always work, got my kids clothes, food and a roof over their heads I was their mom & dad both I guess that was the best times when they were little he miss out on them growing up, now my daughter doesn't have anything to do with him, my son only when he has to. Now I am disable & sick I could used the money know like the judge told him, it's my money, till he pays me all he owes me.
