I called the customer service department of GE capital on the day of 7-23-12. The person that answered spoke broken english. After awhile I asked where was she located, she stated the Phillipines. I then requested to speak to an American. I was told that there was no extention for an American. Is it not true that when we reach these foreign countries and we request an American, by law they are required to transfer us to one?
