When I called Mr. George Soto to activate my check for 1,395.40 He sounded like scam artist to me, so I went on line to check it out and I found all these complaints. Thank you very much for posting your complaints. Here's a little hint, the first time I called he asked me to please return the call in about 20 minutes because he was on another line and did not want to keep me waiting. I called back and he did not answer, so I used a different number and he answered again and said the same thing, please call me back in 20 minutes.
