I signed up through Income Institute&There were no phone#'s or e-mail addresses on their invoices to contact them or Brain Host! (I believe this is against the law).
I obtained a phone # from Utah Consumer Advocate for Income Institute. They gave me a number for Brain Host on Thursday, July 19.
I phoned Brain Host # 1 800 201 0028 to ask for an address. I was told it was not needed? And was refused.
I phoned them back about an hour later, to ask them again for an address. They supplied me with one which is different than the one on this page. 3660 Center Road, Suite 363, Brunswick, Ohio, 44212. I sent a registered letter to that address on Thur requesting a refund. I presume they gave me a false address.
Have any of you gone to the Better Business Bureau?
Why are crooks like this allowed to continue scamming honest people?
