They're an online auction; people rarely "win" an auction; I was told verbally before "signing up" that I had a free 7 day membership; they neglected to tell me I'd have to pay a GBP 35 cancellation fee within the 7 days if I didn't want to continue.
Total rip-off and needs to be closed down asap
