Unexceptional Accommondations

My family reunion was held in Richmond, KY this past week-end and we choose BW as our host hotel. I travel quite a bit in my work and never in my life have I experienced the type of accommodations we were subjected to. Upon checking in we changed rooms 3 times. The stench in the room was moldy and mildew. The housekeepers tryed to tell us it was because of the pool, however I been in numerous hotels with pools so that was unexceptible. We choose the one with the less stench and the house keepers gave us a bottle of fla breeze and told us just to keep spraying it. There were cobb webs in the ceiling corners, the carpet was filthy. Each room had individual air conditioners in them with mildew surrounding the unit where it looked as though they had did a patch job on sealing the unit. We had no wash cloths and when I called the desk for them they told me I had to come and get them myself or wait until 6A.M. When the houskeepers will be there. When the housekeepers came in I guess the front desk told them they at some point layed 3 wash clothes on a filthy floor in front of my door we used towels that were in the room to substitute for them. These reservations were made months prior to us going and of course had we known what we do now this would not have occurred. My immediate family alone had seven of the room. One of my sisters they gave an adjustment on her bill on Sun 7/22 upon departing All the rest of us got was a computer generated letter saying sorry and offering us a 50% discount on our next stay. Which will not ever happen. I personally want to be compensated for this stay. I paid in good faith I should reveive the same, since they had such terrible service.
