I placed an order online over 6 weeks ago now, I have sent various emails first to find out where product was and now to get a refund... To no avail. I have now contacted the bank and put in place a complaint and report as credit card fraud now lets see what happens. Oh I also ph's the contact number listed that was totally USELESS!
