I followed your ad for a week and conversed with the "landlord" regarding your 115 tennyson ave ben lomond rental you listed.../this was a total scam... The house in question is not even a renrtal but instead a bank owned property... It has never been a rental! You accepted this ad to and in doing so mislead me into believing i was following a good lead... I was told to forward a deposit and i did and now i can't reach the landlord who promised to send the key overnight mail from texas... I'm a senior on a fixed income (8 three inch screws in my back and a twice broken neck) and that was all i had for a deposit... Now i've given notice to be out of my home based upon this ad on aug 20 and i have nowhere to go and no money to get there! Is this how bag ladies are made because that will be my new title if i can't get my money back... Is this anyway to run a business? Please contact me (personal information removed) kathleen kelley
