I recieved a letter post dated 6/07 on 07/21.. The letter stated that I had won 150,000.00 in a drawing. I contacted Mr. Fred Lucas at telephone number #01144-758-761-5387.. A man answered speaking english with a foreign accent. He ask for the serial number on the letter and he wanted to verify my name and address. He informed me that I will recieve a letter and a check with in seven days. He told me to call him back at the number above when I recieve the check...
