2 Pending status when one had already been cleared

After paying bills I was to have a balance of $132.00. Went to purchase gas for $20.00 was told that there was insufficient funds. I Went to the Bank on Thompson Lane and spoke with Martha Gomez, for which he treated me unprofessional, she had some customers in her office and knew that I was waiting for her, she and the customers started looking at me from the corner of their eyes and laughing. Finally I had a chance to see her (I requested to wait for her because she had been nice and reassuring before with me). I explained to her that a payment for $90.00 was paid on the 3rd of the month and it had cleared to same day, but on Friday (that day) it was showing pending. She got her manager to come into her office and she was unprofessional also. Saying that she was not going to argue with me and there was no argument on my part just a discussion as to what had happened to me money. I left and went the branch in Hermitage TN where I orginally opened to account and spoke with a lady, never seen her before and can't remember her name, she starting saying the same thing that they had no way to go back to see the record for the previous day that they could only see what was on the statement daily. THIS I KNOW IS NOT TRUE - I used to work at a bank and there are records kept for so many years, they had held on film. They can be pulled for investigations with FBI, etc. This was not a true statement coming from her. I insisted that she call someone in the processing center that could pull my transactions. She responded that she did not know who to call, but by my insisting on her making a phone call to someone since she did not know what to do, she finally called someone but nothing was resolved. I left the bank very upset and my daughter was with me and she explained the same issue to the both of them that that particular transaction (which was paid by swiping my card) had cleared the bank on the same day, July 3 but on Friday July 6 it was showing pending. I tried to explain back to them that they had first explained to me that when an item shows pending that the money has already been set aside of the available balance and the balance it shows is the available balance after the pending item was set aside. THEY AGREED that this is the policy. I enjoy using Wells Fargo for that particular reason. They have double dipped into my account and I WANT MY $90.00 BACK!!! I had just dropped off my car to get it serviced and I did not have the money to get it out (NO MONEY TO PAY FOR IT) since they did that to my account. Finance is my background for which I worked in for years (30) I know when something is wrong and how things are done to cover up wrongness. Please assist me in this matter of getting my monies returned into my account. I even check with Comcast (which is the bill I paid of $90.00 and advised me that the payment had cleared on the same day that I swiped my card.
