Wow where do I start? Well yesterday Direct TV helped themselves to my account of $500. After researching I realize this is ligit due to. Contract. No, I didnot read tthe fine print 2 years ago. Regardless, tgis is unacceptable. Most families barely survive from paycheck to paycheck. To deduct money from an account with any notification is just cold! Their boxes are on their way back to them and I will be expecting that credit. Otherwise my bank will step in. I wouldn't understand why anyone would want to be a customer of this company knowing this is how they trear tgeir customers. Sad, very Sad. Thank god for an understanding bank.
