I ordered this product this evening. I was then told to call this number i believe in india to activate the application. I got this guy who said i will now take over you pc and do a diagnostic test. Then he said oh this program cannot fix all your errors, but i can for 279.99.
I told him i am disabled and do not have that kind of money. He said well this program will not work then. I asked for a reimbursment and he dissconnected. I would really like my money put back on my debit card asap as this is of no use to me. I really think this is a scam. Please help ty. Also my computer runs worse since he logged onto it.
