Ok, so i have purchased this membership, i went on the website, which only gives you the location, no price or contact information. So what you have to then do is go and still do your own research even though you have paid this membership fee. Then they ask you to go to another website to look at pictures and get rental info. Then they ask you to send out letters to these people and then you have to go lookl up title info and judgement info - so what am i paying for if i have to do everything myself - THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. Please read all the reviews before you join. When you want to cancel there will be a $5 fee to cancel!!!
