Cruel and unusual punishment

Six guards inter into my cell-block and started harassing me because i was speaking out about the temperature in the cell-block 103 degrees that`s to hot with no ventilation. The guards jump on me they black, and swollen my eyes they will not give medical treatment, nor will they allow anyone to come see me due to the condition that i`m in. I need for someone to look into this matter so I can get some help.
