National One Telecom/One Web Direct Deceptive web porn advertisment which targets minors. It is misleading, and they are trying to get us to pay an extraordinary amount

One of my kids came across an adult web site represented by this billing company. He logged onto this web site and we were charged an extraordinary amount for the approximately 12 minuets he was viewing this site. We wrote a complaint letter and received a rather rude response. It said something to the effect of; "It doesn't matter if it was a Minor, there was a disclaimer screen" etc.

We are now being billed for a pay-per-view web site in the UK, plus they charged our phone bill. First, there shouldn't be a required phone a charge for a web site. Also, the web site was misleading and deceptive. Any adult web site I have ever been aware of requires a credit card to use. I have never seen a web site that just has a disclaimer, which allows the company to just charge you whatever it wants, and then just sends you a bill.

The e-mail response from One Web Direct (aka. National One Telecom), which mentioned the disclaimer, included a link to the web site in question. I went to it to see if I can view the disclaimer, but it won't come up unless you allow a software download, which they would probably start billing me again. It is completely deceptive and I think it intentionally targets young people who wouldn't know any better.
