I was given a tech support number to help resolve what I believed to be a router issue. Somehow this number led me to Itechline where they convinced me my computer had been hacked and was completely vunerable. After showing a DOS screen running red and another screen that appeared to have foreign addresses using my IP number, I decided to spend the money to have them resove these isssues. After 6 1/2 hours of taking over my computer I believed the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately the laptop is not running any better than it did before their service. Upon further investigation I have found many accounts of other unsuspecting customers being engaged in these unfair practices. It pains me to think I've spent money on such a scam.
