I have received my June and July bills from Orange and was shocked to find that I have been receiving 'Multimedia Services Received' - texts that I had not subscribed to and never seen. The total for the two months amounted to £30.00. I contacted Orange who informed me that they had come from 'Zingtones', whom I have never heard of and not asked for. These texts are sent 3 at a time and cost £1.50p each.
I would like my money back - I pay my bill to Orange in the UK.
