I applied for a payday advance when I contacted them after the pmcclub charged my account they didn't know anything about them. My bank said they where a legit company so I could file fraud charges. If they are legit why didn't the payday advance company know anything about them? Why do you have to sign a waiver saying that you won't pursue fraud charges against them? Most companies that I've deal with if you cancel within a few days they refund your money in a timely fashion, not 30days later.
