I applied for a 100.00 payday advance. The person taking my order then launched into details about the PC Membership Club.
The agent had a marginal command of English and there was a lot of background noise so I didn't understand at first that he was signing me up for the Club. When I figured out what was going on, I told the agent, in no uncertain terms, that I DID NOT WANT THIS MEMBERSHIP. The agent signed me up for it after I hung up without my permission.
On the up side, if you get the order number from the bank transaction, you can go to pmcclub.com and cancel. They stated they will return the 99.49 and not make any future debits. The website stated it may take up to 30 days for the refund, I'll let you know how it works out.
