Miscellaneous

I was apartment hunting and went on craig list for apartments. Found one and the person presenting the house was bishop terry k. Gill. He sent me an application for the apartment at 110b wellington ave in albany ny 12203.in application it states security he wants $400.00 and rent once a month will be $600.00. This i agreeded to and i gave him dates and the amount of money i would be able to pay, which i made copies of. I was to give him $200.00 on 7/17 and the next $200.00 on 7/24 tataling the security and the rent for $600.00 was to be paid on 7/31 he agreed was fine. I sent him $200.00 on 7/17. He calls me the next day to say i owe him $100 more for security, i let him know that was not in the contract he sent to me and he began to say it was some type of error on his behalf and told me to go back to the store and send more money out. I told him it was a brech of contract and i also sent his application back to him, so he could read his own contract that he sent to me. I asked for a return of my $200.00 deposit, the phone went dead and i emailed him 5-6 times and no reply. I am now thinking this is a scam because the person is not contacting me back and before i sent the money they were contacting me non-stop, email and by phone. Can someone help me with this and get this person off of craig list before he frauds someone else? I kept copies of everything the money gram transfer and ect.
