I am so happy that I found this website and everyone else's experiences with this company. Previous complaints COMPLETELY concur with my experience. "Sandra Clark" verbally abused me, talked over me, tried to intimidate me with her legalize, specifically "part 5, section 45 legal parent of authority agreement". She played the recording she had with our employee who answered their call, which she said made this collection legal. We know for a FACT that our employee would not have agreed to anything. The recording was garbled and ridiculous. Of course it was PERFECTLY clear to her, so I asked for a written copy of the conversation. As you can image - that wasn't going to happen. Then I asked her to produce a contract that we had with the Yellow Pages. (which never existed). She went back to the "binding" part 5 yadda yadda yadda... Read the other complaints and you will see that you are not alone! Thanks to everyone else for posting their complaints.
