Intuit Full Service Payroll is cheap and you get what you pay for. Every complaint is greeted with pleasant one-liners, but no one there is responsible for anything, it is impossible to track communications because you now have to email within your account on their website. They lie and cover up their mistakes and never acknowledge them. They have screwed up so many things... Do not use them. As soon as we have settled with the IRS over 941/944 errors, we will drop them.
