Robert D. Waller of Classic Auto Services is a scam artist! Rip-off!

Robert D. Waller has been scamming people for over 20 years. His first scam was under the name Waller Construction Group and Waller Foundation. He would contract to build a house (or addition) and would request periodic payments as the job progressed.instead of paying his subs, he would pocket the money and use it for personal purposes (even though he would provide the bank with an affidavit indicating his subs had been paid). During this time he also convinced investors to give him money to invest in a fictitious water filtration business. His scam caught up with him in 1989 and accepted a civil fraud charge.in order to pay this civil charge, he engaged in more "kitting" schemes.

Form 1989 - 2002 Robert D. Waller had more than 20 civil suits against him. All the civil suits had the same theme. People would give him money to perform construction work and he would use the money earmarked for payment to subs for his personal use.

After 20 years of stealing in the construction industry, Waller decided to open up a new scheme, Classic Auto Services. Similar to his previous theivery, he takes money from people for work to be done restoring automobiles and parts. On many occasions, he does not perform any work or send parts. The New Boston Police department has numerous complaints from customers throughout the country. The NH BBB has had more than seven complaints.
