I bought two tickets to the tennis semi finals... When I enquired about receiving the tickets I was told that distribution process begins 10 week's before the date of the event.
With two weeks to go - I have not received anything...
I have planned an international holiday with the finale being a once in a life time trip to an olympic event. I feel like such an idiot for booking on this site and now realizing it is just one big scam.
Is there any recourse for scammed customers?
My initial contact was with Cosport - which was recommended as a reputable olympic site.
