I purchased 4 Gymnastics Trampoline tickets at 30 pounds ea, 4 Equestrian Jumping at 30 pounds each, 4 Synchronized Swimming at 45 pounds each, and 6 Judo at 30 pounds each on Nov 12 and Nov 20. I was in contact with them a few days after the original purchase to clarify my address and they responded quickly. But I heard nothing after that, despite being told via email that I would hear from them shortly before tickets were to be sent out starting 6 weeks before the games. Very sad.
