I was asked to upgrade my Orange router and at the end I was asked to do survey and that there would be prize to be won. I was told that i won and that i would have to choose between two products. I chose dead sea kit and i was only asked to pay for shipping which i did. Few days later, £57.59 had gone out of my account. I contacted my bank and was given their phone number to speak to them but i never got hold of them. Please help investigate.
