Call me an idiot. Just because I need to buy groceries and need to make money this company can scam us. I purchased last week and left 3 messages, 1 person hung up on me. Today I called 877 915 5908, held 30 min, then got Amber from Texas and she kept putting me on hold to verify, then wanted me to call accounting. I said if she couldn't help I would be calling my bank and at that point she said ok I'll call accounting, then on hold for 15 seconds. She didn't call accounting in 15 seconds, then came back and said you will get an email showing accounting is processing your refund. We shall see. I wish companies with scams would show on lists on the web for all us needy people.
