I ordered a trial kit from this company, but I absolutely did not authorize the company to debit my account for monthly refills. The refill did not come with a packing slip, order number or phone number, so I cannot find a way to send it back for a refund. Total scam! Now I have to notify my bank so this will not happen next month.
