Breeder has not help up origianl contract, refuses to give registration information on a puppy she sold as registered

March I purchased a puppy from Sherrie Rouse, owner of above said kennel. We entered into a contract which she was to supply me with papers for said pup and I was to have breeding rights to this female. I paid her in full at the time I picked up puppy and as of this writing she has yet to supply me with papers. I have many, many e-mails full of excuses the latest of which is dated July 13th. I know she has done this to others now after talking and doing some research yet she still has puppies listed for sale and has a FB page where she advertises these dogs. These dogs are not sold cheap, they run an average of 1200.00 and after she collects the money it takes her years if ever to supply proper documentation on the pups. I wish to stop her from ripping any other unknowing customers off as she has completely avoided me and refuses to uphold her end of the contract which I have a copy of as well as receipts and e-mails and fb messages. This has been an ongoing issue and I am done trying to reason with an unethical person.
