This company laid off all there employees and came in there office and removed all billing files all of this is against HIPPA this is a School Base Medical Module. Per medi-cal no files are to be removed at any time. This company closed down on July1 with no warning to employees. The office is closed until school starts. This company the president David McGuire and the director Edna Miller. These two live together and have been with each other for over 10 years. This company paid employees less than minium wages because they new people were going through hard times. Please I advise anyone else that has had bad dealings to post there situation on line also
