Changing timesheets without employees authorization!

Please be aware of W.T. BYLER of Houston, TX. If you are offered a job by them do not take it. I know several employees that have had their timesheets altered before they are paid, therefore they are not getting the wages they worked hard for! Mr. Stephen Ehler is the person that does this and he needs to be fired, investigated or stopped!

They sub contract for the railroad and may also be cheating the on this as well. They pay their employees only $40 a day per diem while the railroad pays Byler much more than that. It is very hard to find to eat or find a motel on the road for $40.00. Mr. Byler is rich and could care less about his employees. When confronted regarding the timesheet issues, he never did anything. Many employees have quit because of the dirty doings at W.T. Byler! I have alerted the media but don't know if they will investigate or not. It is very hard to live off of wages less than 40 hrs a week especially when a supervisor (Mr. Ehler) is altering them to benefit Byler and himself. Both of their concern for their employees is awful! They should try living off $200 a week. It can't be done!!!

I wish that someone with authority would investigate them. They also do not do 90 days reviews after hiring. When they hire new employees they are willing to give them more money than their current employees are being paid also. So please if your looking for a construction job or driver job do not consider W.T. Byler of houston, tx. That company is not a moral one and should be considered closed down!!!
