I filled out a survey and was given a choice of items with a shipping charge of $5.99. Fond Sprays then billed my credit card for $95 because as they noted in an email, I should have notified them within 14 days that I was cancelling?! They would not make good on the $95.00 and were rather indignant in the reply email.
