I brought a Dell laptop for my nieces... Around 4/12... I received it around 5 days later... It was suppose to have a new battery and charger... By April 25... It was no longer charging... I contacted the shipper who was no help and filed complaint with Ebay... You have to do this to take advantage of the "buyer protection" they claim they have.
Not only did I not get any resolution form the shipper... Ebay informed me my claim was being denied since I HAD CHANGED MY MIND... I promptly informed them this was not the case... The computer did not work... Only after a week... And I wanted them to honor there buyer protection program... But they still denied my claim... And I never got any satisfactory resolution to my problem...
