GEORGE GOWEN of FIRST MOUNTAIN BANCORP www.firstmountainbancorp.com is a complete FRAUDSTER. He was in partnership with another Fraudster who is now in Jail serving 11 years for a £50m GBP mortgage fraud. We are now issuing Criminal Proceedings against him and his company and I urge anybody else that has been conned by this man to do the same.

My Family have suffered and my Father is on Medication because of this.

For over 3 years now Mr George Gowen has constantly lied to us in saying that he will return our money and that we will have our money in 60 days!!!

He together with his criminal associates tricked us into giving him $250k USD and in return he would give us back 3 times within 30days.

He will tell you that he is involved in Bank Guarantees and Financial Securities but these are all lies.

He tricked us into saying that he will buy a CMO in our behalf and then raise a credit line against it and then return our money including the Profit.

We signed contracts with George and sent money into his account at Wells Fargo.

After constant delays, we contacted George Gowen who was very rude and told us to F*k OFF and you will get your money when im ready!!!

Now after 3 years and his constant lies and continuous promises of saying that he will return our money, we have all had enough and now urge anyone to who has any involvement with GEORGE GOWEN and FIRST MOUNTAINBANCORP to be very careful.

After ruining my Family and complete disrespect for my Father I will personally see to it that this CON-MAN never gets to do this to anyone ever again and will make sure he is brought to Justice.
