Approved loan never deposited and request to delete my info refused

They told me we was approved for a loan that it would be in my acc on 7/11. I called n it's not there so I called them they said my husband needed to verify the info so he called and tried to now they got our are inf they say we can't get the money now! I argued with them told them I wanted them to delete our info they said they couldn't! My dad used my email acc info and Plaingreen didn't ok by me and they wouldn't take it off either!!!
