I believe to be a victim of consumer fraud. I was cotacted by phone saying I had won a large sum of money. This prize required me to pay certain fees[gov. Seal, insurance, s&h etc. Later I was told to send more money and on and on. I was then told to send original money gram and western union receipts, in which case I would be reembersed with a cashiers check. I took the precaution to copy all.
