These people debit my checking account and i did not authorize them to do so, which left me over drawn how did they get my imformation. And who can I talk to press charges. I call them and they said the $30 was for loan appilcation fee that did on line the problem is I never did a appilcation with them but they had my phone # my adress and even my email. They said they will return my $30 to my account in 2 to3 buissness days. And I don, t know how they got my imformation how can they be stop.
