I went online to Adobe following an Adobe update, and the PDF. U-BILL.com ad popped up for some sort of special program to convert anything to PDF format, and to create PDF documents. The charge of $29.90 seemed reasonable, so I clicked OK. After the various downloading visuals finished, I looked at my desktop for the shortcut, and there was nothing. Then I checked the programs list via START, and there is nothing there that has anything to do with PDF, other than our Adobe Reader. The $29.90 charge was increased by a $0.50 Foreigh Fee, which makes this look even more like a scam. I phoned VISA and had them cancel both charges. We've done this in the past, and have not experienced any resistance from the crooks.
