At a Bufflao Car Dealer, Culligan Toyota I was sold a 2005 Tacoma and this "100% Refundable Gauranteed Extended Warranty." If I do not use it I will be reimburced the full amount. I was lead and told that it was thru Toyota. Then toward the back of all the papers I'm signing they slipped in one from this "Signet Financial." OF course Culligan Auto closed or sold out to another dealer. Now Signet is gone, how convenient that neither company is held by law to keep these type of funds in escrow for the consumer. Another scam that consumer takes the loss and companies pocket big and "go bankrupt.!" Right.
