Ecieved a letter stating I had won the lotto... People need to be advised about these type of scams... These people send fake checks and if by chance the bank does issue the money here, the person cashing the check is responsible for fraudulant activity. It is very sad as many older folks and not so well off individuals do not know they are prey and have no idea by cashing the check it is a felony... So this kind of thing has to come to an end. There are plenty of government agencies who can deal with this so please lets get these people...
